Early in my career, I struggled to upskill into a Product role. I was very much thrown into the deep end and had to learn on the job. I did not have a dedicated mentor to guide me and learn from until much later and boy do I wish I had one sooner.

I would highly recommend getting a mentor, at worst they are a sounding board that forces you to consider and articulate the challenges you are facing, and at best they can get you out of a rut, supercharge your career, and help you achieve your potential.
