I’m a Product Leader with over a decade of technical product experience across Edtech and Gaming at B2B and B2C companies. I've learnt, sometimes the hard way, how to discover and deliver great products (that people love!).

Experience

Labster - Group Product Manager

August 2021 - July 2024

Labster is a B2B SaaS scale-up offering virtual laboratory simulations to schools and universities globally, with over 6 million students. I joined as a Senior PM after a $47m series C round led by A16Z.

  • Managed a team of 3 PMs, driving simulation completion rates from 65% to 80%, reducing the number of contacts by 70% and internal user time on task by 25%.

  • Created business case for Native iOS and Android Apps. Developed, launched, and iterated to reach over 10% of simulation plays and >$400k new ACV.

  • Spearheaded the "Content at Scale" initiative, reducing content creation costs by 80%, Led 5 workstreams to develop and release a new internal platform.

  • Implemented new roadmap tooling, quarterly Product reviews, customer interaction processes and engaged with Melissa Perri on product strategy in a fractional Product Operations role. 

Roxor Gaming - Head of Product (Platform)

September 2019 - July 2021 

Roxor (acquired by Aristocrat Gaming) was a B2B Games provider spun out of Intertain’s $650m acquisition of Gamesys. It provided content to some of the largest UK operators with over 400,000 weekly players. I started as a Senior PM.

  • Directed vision, strategy, and budgeting for the Platform which grew to handle over 1 billion transactions and 200 releases per month. 

  • Played key roles in multiple jurisdiction launches, third-party integrations, a Cloud migration (GCP), and the implementation of a new data strategy. 

  • Hired and managed a team of 4, aligning the area around metrics and driving including release frequency, incident MTTR, cost per wager, and platform availability. 

Gamesys - Senior Product Manager 

July 2013 - September 2019 

Gamesys (acquired by Bally’s for $2 billion) was one of Europe's fastest-growing B2C gaming operators with millions of monthly players. I joined as a Product Owner

  • Led the design, delivery, and launch of a new primary revenue-generating Poker game type under the Virgin Brand.

  • Integrated Third Party Game APIs and external partners which grew to over 30% of plays.

  • Managed internal platform tooling and GDPR compliance.

PKR Technologies - Operations Executive 

October 2007 - July 2013 

PKR was an online 3D poker start-up that scaled rapidly to more than 5 million users and 15,000 users playing simultaneously, It ceased operating in 2017 after joining the Microgaming Poker Network. 

  • Gained experience as Payment Processor, Fraud Analyst, and Operations Executive

  • Analysed and developed games, promotions, and bonuses to boost player LTV, retention, and acquisition.

  • Contributed to product development through detailed requirement documentation and cross-departmental collaboration

Genting Casino - Croupier & Cardroom Manager 

June 2003 - August 2007 

PKR was an online 3D poker start-up that scaled rapidly to more than 5 million users and 15,000 users playing simultaneously, It ceased operating in 2017 after joining the Microgaming Poker Network.

    diplomacy with punters.
